Ingredients

  • Beef Bresaola: 24 slices
  • Rocket: 2 cups
  • Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved): 1 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice
  • black pepperer

Preparation

Arrange rocket on the plates. Top with the thinly sliced Puopolo bresaola. Sprinkle with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add black pepper to taste.
