Bocconcini translated literally means 'mouthful'…the name says it all! This flavoursome salami is small in size and almost ball shaped. Spices are added to create a rich, tantalisingly delicious flavour to this finely sut salami. It is created using hand chosen, succulent cuts of pure pork and the exquisite mixture is encased adn hand tied using traditional method.
